Noor Kadhim is an international arbitrator and Solicitor Advocate based in London. She also acts as arbitration counsel to states, investors and companies in investment treaty and commercial disputes, drawing on 15 years in dispute resolution.

Noor accepts appointments as arbitrator. She has acted as sole arbitrator under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules and previously served as Deputy Counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.
