Noor has almost a decade of experience in advising clients, be they individuals, law firms or funders, on the merits of funding cases. Kadhims assists clients/counsel seeking third party funding to place single cases or with putting together portfolios to be funded. Kadhim advises on and drafts memoranda for funders, on such matters as merits, jurisdiction, quantum and enforcement. This can form part of the ESCA service that Kadhims provides or be provided as a standalone service.

As part of the ESCA service, Kadhims provides third party funding advisory services to clients (primarily direct litigants and their law firms) and can provide Business Stress Testing via its partner, Senogles, subject to passing a no-conflicts assessment.
