How to appoint Noor as arbitrator

Parties can agree to appoint Noor directly, co-arbitrators can nominate her, and institutions can appoint her. To check availability, send the names of the parties, the arbitration clause or agreement, the seat and rules, and a short description of the dispute. Noor will run a conflicts check and reply personally before any appointment is accepted.

An arbitrator must be independent and impartial, so Noor does not act as counsel for either party in a matter where she is appointed as arbitrator.
